My bodywork sessions are a blend of therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy, and energy work. Your physical body will be reset along with your mind and spirit.

Rachel Craig - Licensed Massage Therapist
Rachel works with diverse clients using techniques from East West College, including deep tissue, muscle energy, trigger point, myofascial release, and Structural Bodywork principles. She incorporates level 1 craniosacral therapy, intuition, and collaboration to meet client needs. Rachel creates a grounding, safe space to improve mobility, reduce pain and tension, and calm the nervous system. A lifelong learner, she continually seeks the best healing methods.
